Refurbishment (Domestic & Commercial)
We undertake:
- Full and partial refurbishments for residential and commercial clients
- Washroom and WC refurbishments, including full strip-outs, tiling, ceilings, cubicles, and finishes
- Office and retail fit-outs – partitions, suspended ceilings, joinery, flooring, and lighting coordination
- Residential upgrades – kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, and internal redecorations
- Planned and reactive refurbishments across occupied and vacant properties

Building Fabric Maintenance
We undertake:
- Reactive & planned maintenance (PPM) - doors/ironmongery, walls/ceilings, flooring, fixings and joinery
- SLA-driven response - triage, make-safe and right-first-time repairs with clear comms
- SFG20-aligned routines (where applicable) - inspection schedules and statutory checks integrated into your compliance calendar
- Minor works & small projects - patch/plaster, ceiling grid & tile replacement, flooring install/repairs, decorations
- Asset care & reporting - photo reports, cause-and-effect notes, recommendations to prevent repeat defects
- Working safely in live sites - RAMS, permits, dust/noise control, tenant liaison and clean handovers
Painting & Decorating
- Interior & exterior decorating for domestic and commercial spaces
- Full prep: cleaning/degreasing, sanding, filling/caulking, stain blocking, making good
- Walls, ceilings, woodwork refinishing (doors, frames, skirtings), metalwork (railings/balustrades)
- Paint systems: emulsion, eggshell, satin, gloss; airless spraying where appropriate
- Wallpaper hanging & removal; lining paper; feature walls; colour matching (BS/RAL/brand)
- Specialist coatings: intumescent/fire-retardant, hygienic/antimicrobial, anti-mould, anti-graffiti
- Floor coatings (epoxy/PU) for corridors, plant rooms and back-of-house
- Out-of-hours/night works and dust protection to minimise disruption

Waste Disposal (Licensed & Compliant)

- Licensed carriers only - copies of waste carrier licenses and insurance on file
- Duty of Care documentation - Waste Transfer Notes / Hazardous Consignment Notes completed and stored
- Segregation & recycling - timber, metal, gypsum, WEEE and mixed waste; clear labelling and skips/bags
- Zero-to-landfill options (where feasible) - diversion reporting and weights/tonnages on request
- Site practice - safe set-down/collection, tidy areas, no contamination of recyclables
